Mainframe Software Support Specialist

Mainframe Software Support SpecialistSpringfield, IL5+ year's contractwe are seeking a Vendor to provide two (2) contractors, one to perform as database administrator (DBA) and the other as a software support specialist. Software Support Specialist candidate shall at a minimum:

• Have 3 years experience with Z/OS, specifically ISPF/TSO, JCL, CLIST, Dialog Manager, and Rexx.
• Have 3 years experience with XPAF, XEROX DJDE and XEROX printers.
• Have 3 years experience with COBOL programming including PANVALET, TELON, and IBM’s Linkage Editors.
• Be on a call rotation schedule to provide after hours, weekend and holiday on-call support which includes on-site presence in providing that support arriving on-site within an hour of notification.
• Have clear and easily understood English verbal and written communication skills.
