We’re a friendly property management company in Roscoe Village looking for a reliable Maintenance & Cleaning Assistant to support our lead maintenance person.

What you’ll do:

- Light maintenance tasks

- Cleaning of common areas

- Assisting with unit turnarounds

- Helping with day-to-day property upkeep

Hours: Part-time/flexible
