We are dedicated to continuously maintaining a world class end-to-end supply chain network providing components exceeding our customer’s expectations in terms of quality, cost, lead-time, and supply chain flexibility requirements.Job Duties/Responsibilities may Include, but are not limited to:

Design, develop and validation of Maintenance Components (example: Hydraulic and Pneumatic Adapters, Quick Disconnects, Flanges, Plugs, Valves, Bolts, Washers, Springs, etc.)

Application of analytic techniques including empirical and theoretical methods.

Support identification & development of rough material and purchased finished supply base.

Point of contact for the Systems Level Designers (Drivetrain, Engines, Hydraulic, Machine Teams, etc.)

Manage NPI, CRIS, CPI, Deviations, Cost Reduction, Aftermarket and Maintenance project workload to meet project due dates.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in Concept, Design, Analysis, Detailing and/or Validation

In lieu of a degree, 5 years of experience in Concept, Design, Analysis, Detailing and/or Validation will be considered

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proficient in CREO and CREO Simulate or equivalent software experience

Top Candidates will also have:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or international equivalent) from an accredited Engineering curriculum

Experience in Concept, Design, Analysis, Detailing and Validation of L1 – L3 Component/Machine systems

Prior analytical experience with: empirical analysis, finite element analysis, bolted joint analysis, etc.

Experience designing and managing components

Operations experience with manufacturing components

Operations experience with system assembly

Machine operation or validation experience

Global Purchasing or Supply Chain experience
