Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Starting Pay: $22.43 minimum pay for entry level technician. Multiple levels of pay available depending upon skills and experience.

This position is responsible for safely providing maintenance support to our fast-pace Fox Valley Container plant that is equipped with technology ranging from simple to state of the art for the corrugated industry. Utilize both excellent mechanical skills and knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) and electrical/electronic skills and knowledge (PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, schematics) in our continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime metrics. Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems. Will be engaged in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas.

Shift start: 3:00PM or 11:00PM Shift length: 8 - 12 hours Currently hiring for 3rd shift, Monday through Friday with additional weekend overtime. We anticipate moving to a 24/7 schedule later in 2022 which will require a rotating 12 hour schedule - 3 days on/3 days off, followed by 2 days on/2 days off

$1,000 payout 30 days after date of hire; $500 payout after 6 months of employment; $500 after 1 year of employment.
