Mussallem, Chairman and CEOThe Manager, Data Analytics will partner with business, IT, and other functional teams to design, build and maintain our growing Data warehousing and Analytical reporting Environment for the Global Supply Chain. The Manager will build easy to use data structures to facilitate reporting and monitoring key performance indicators.Key Responsibilities:

Play the role as lead for sustaining operations including maintenance of existing reporting, break fixes, enhancements to existing reports, oversight of offshore development, and budget management

Collaborate with stakeholders from BUs, Functions and Regions to understand business challenges, problems, and opportunities.

Design, develop and implement solutions, both technical (e.g., Metrics Dashboards, Meta-data additions to enhance reporting and analytics) and non-technical (e.g., ECR process changes, simplified workflow changes).

Perform complex data analysis and identify opportunities to improve training, processes, systems and product data quality.

Partner with IT and other software development partners to architect, drive design, implement operational metrics dashboards for BUs, Functions and Regions/Plants.

Continually improve user experience for Business Intelligence reports and dashboards

Perform software validation and/or testing requirements and activities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field with 8 years of previous related experience

Experience in architecting, developing, and deploying business intelligence, analytics and reporting solutions to internal and external stakeholders

Experience in business systems (e.g., ERP, QMS, DRP, TMS, WMS, etc)

Ability to develop compliance processes and procedures

Preferred Skills:

Master's Degree in related field with 6 years of previous related experience

Extensive understanding of supply chain operations (planning, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution and logistics)

Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, or Python

Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.

Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing

Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI

Experience working in a large manufacturing company

Certification in related discipline (e.g., APICs)

Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

Proven successful project management leadership skills

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.

Ability to develop peer, cross functional and cross business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness.
