At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale. LinkedIn is searching for a People Manager to lead our Process Improvement Engine team within Strategic Planning & Initiatives, part of Go-to-Market Operations. This team drives various transformational programs and initiatives to enhance our Sales Processes and unlock efficiencies and growth for the LMS (LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) business.  The Manager will leverage their program management experience, superior communication, relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide timely solutions to partners, drive successful program execution/leadership, and to coach the team in these areas.   Candidates hoping to fill this role must be proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented and comfortable managing a wide range of cross-functional relationships and projects concurrently. They should also be comfortable managing multiple projects while also managing a team, who are also responsible for the delivery of multiple global scale projects. 

 Responsibilities:  Ability to own end-to-end program lifecycle including formulating a hypothesis using data, developing a recommendation, driving decision making with leadership, building stakeholder engagement models, building project plans, and driving change management and operational readiness. Coach and mentor others to ensure understanding of program and change management frameworks and best practices, and ensure the team has the training and resources they need to provide best-in-class program management. Build strong collaborative partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, setting up the team for success. Act as program lead to ensure our programs are set up properly, risks are effectively mitigated, team members are adequately trained, and the program success is measured through the right KPIs. Provide program stakeholders with regular updates on program performance and ensure stakeholder communication and visibility. Proactively identify and create mitigation strategies for risks arising within the team’s program portfolio, in partnership with key stakeholders and cross-functional peers. Invest heavily in the team, growing and finding success in the job by learning from one another’s experiences and actively working to raise the bar. Think like an owner and have an impact outside of core function by demonstrating leadership, providing leverage and producing results that will help effectively scale and drive business outcomes.
