Role Description: The

Manager - IT, MD&A must have at least 5+ years of experience. The position of Manager for IT, Mergers, Divestitures, & Acquisitions will have responsibility for managing various critical tasks. This role will provide critical support for current and future potential transactions.

Requirements: - BS in Computer Science or related field - 2-5 years of IT experience - Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel - MS Office - Understanding of Project Management - Knowledge of SAP - Ability to communicate internally and externally

Responsibilities: - Manage user access for various KHC applications - Measure and monitor progress on TSA exit tasks to ensure they are completed on time - Manage project plans supporting Cutover and TSA exit activities - Collaborate with various business and IT teams at different locations - Ability to work in a fast paced, end-user focused environment - Troubleshoot various application issues including Business process related concerns - Track monitor and coordinate resolution to risks and issues impacting project deliverables. - Elevates risks and issues to the program level when appropriate

Career Experience: - 2-5 years of project management experience - 2-5 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis - Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
