The Alignment team plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the US marketing organization. This position will report to the Director Alignment who leads chief of staff responsibilities across the marketing leadership team. In the Manager, Alignment role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent, clear and engaging communications within the marketing department, internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for department-specific communications, internal and external event coordination, and onboarding orientation. This role will be at the forefront of shaping department communication and collaboration practices.  Primary Accountabilities: Marketing Enterprise Communications – Build / develop an ongoing department communication plan for internal communications including newsletters, leader emails, presentations, speeches, campaign initiatives, town halls, and system webcasts as it relates to marketing.  Messaging consistency – Determine communication guidelines and standards. Ensure all communications align with the department’s goals, tone and branding.  Leader Engagement – Collaborate with department leaders to understand their communication needs and create materials to effectively convey messages. Digital Platforms – Manage and update any internal communication platforms, ensuring all content is accessible and up—to-date. Internal / External Events – Plan and support the execution of internal (i.e. team meetings, workshops, department retreats) and external (i.e., conferences, webinars, leader presentations, industry awards, sponsorships) events ensuring that they run smoothly and align with marketing objectives.  This includes handling all event logistics, scheduling, venus selection, agenda, etc. Training and Onboarding – Design and implement comprehensive onboarding orientation and related materials for department hires.   Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860 – 143,900 / per year
