As a manager on our fund administration team, you’ll work directly with leading private equity and hedge fund clients, supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team. You’ll oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations and financials, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.What you’ll doYou'll support client leads across multiple private equity funds, ensuring deliverables align with limited partnership agreements and client expectations.You'll apply your knowledge of partnership terms to financial reporting, income/expense allocations, and complex fund calculations like carried interest and waterfall models.You'll prepare and review journal entries, capital account statements, investor notices, and manage capital call and distribution processes.You'll oversee financial statement reviews, coordinate with auditors and tax teams during year-end, and respond to client and ad hoc requests.You'll lead process improvements, manage competing deadlines, and train and develop junior team members.What we offerIQ-EQ offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance. Employees receive generous paid time off, including 20 days of PTO and 7 sick days annually, with PTO increasing over time.
