This Contract Role as a Marketing Execution Specialist in Chicago, IL will be responsible for partnering with the marketing managers marketing these products to support the creation and execution of campaigns and content focused on driving new customer acquisition while growing and protecting our core products and services.Responsibilities:- Partner with product marketing managers to execute marketing tactics and customer communications as part of real-time and targeted marketing efforts in alignment with strategic business plans, including working with the creative, web, marketing automation, and events teams as well as external agencies
- Develop execution of product marketing materials, including emails, event invites and registration pages, collateral, coordination of event materials and premiums, coordinate website updates.
- Exemplify a positive approach and drive an open dialogue with internal business stakeholders and creative resources to suggest, explore and deliver leading campaigns and marketing tactics.
- Ensure daily collaboration with peers to share opportunities and best practices
- Drive effective resource management through concise and standardized communication of project pipeline and status
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects at one time and keep all on track
- Knowledge of production work a plus
- Able to successfully work in time-sensitive setting
- Comfortable working with multiple business owners to complete projects in a team environment
- Proactive in communicating project status to key stakeholders throughout all parts of a project
- Takes initiative to bring new ideas to the table to enhance customer facing deliverables
- Willing and able to actively engage key stakeholders in both group and one-on-one settings to fully understand objectives and business requirements
- Embracing an entrepreneurial spirit as well as a Yes, and mindset to drive results
- At least 3 years experience in integrated marketing and project management
- Degree in marketing or related field
- Agency experience preferred
- Financial services experience a plus
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet strict deadlines, analyze metrics and communicate status effectively
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively engage a range of stakeholders from peers to senior leaders to creative designers
- Demonstrated creative problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, advanced formulas, etc.)
- Experience with workflow tools, preferably Workfront
- Knowledgeable in Marketing Automation systems and CRM tools, with preference to Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.com
- Work From Home Policy: Maximum 3 days each working week.
