The Media Development Representative (MDR) will be responsible for growing and maintaining partner relationships with publishers and exchanges. The MDR will have revenue goals against a set of partners based on maintaining current business and securing upsell opportunities. This person will work successfully with cross teams on operationalizing a path for increased product adoption across Epsilon’s suite of publisher products. As such, this person will proactively identify, develop, and support revenue growth opportunities while building a relationship of trusted advisor with Epsilon’s supply partners.ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding relationship management with Epsilon’s supply partners to maximize their success with EpsilonServe as a subject matter expert in your role to confidently provide recommendations for a successful partnership with EpsilonDevelop and maintain industry knowledge, including technical capabilities for supply partners to best support onboarding and integrations of supply partnersUpsell by identifying mutual beneficial opportunities for supply partners to adopt from Epsilon’s suite of publisher productsProvide single point of contact for assigned publisher accounts for day-to-day inquiries, reporting, and data analysisRequirements+1 years of online work (DSP/SSP/Direct Publisher) experience requiredPreferred higher educated (media/computer science) or demonstrated experience in a similar business environmentAdvanced computer skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)Experience with HTML, SQL and JavaScript is preferredStrong analytical, critical thinking and written skillsWell-developed communication and presentation skillsDemonstrates strong problem-solving skillsResults / outcome orientatedSalary Range: $56,000.00 - $70,000.00
