Medivan Driver

Small Medivan transportation company is looking for a full time/part time Medivan driver. Job entails picking up our clients from both private homes and facilities while using our specially modified side entry ramp vans. Then bringing them to their medical appointments. You then wait where you dropped them off and pick them up for a return trip, typically about 1 hour. You would be driving a van provided, insured, maintained and fueled up by us. You would have no expenses other then your time.You would be considered and payed as an independent contractor, no taxes would be taken from your check.

The pay is 60% of whatever the trip cost is, a typical trip is $140 but can go sometimes $300 or more.

Tips are not uncommon ,you get to keep %100 of those and thy are paid in cash.

We mainly operate between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.

The ideal candidate is someone who lives in Dupage county where we primarily operate.

Our insurance requires you to be at least 25 years old with a very good driving record.

You should be in fairly good physical shape to load and unload people up the ramp and into the vehicle.

There are no benefits included so a recently retired person or someone on social security that is looking to keep busy and make some additional income would be perfect.
