MEP Coordinator

A top Design firm in the South Shore area is looking for a MEP Coordinator! Description:

Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineering, subcontractors, and clients to develop comprehensive MEP and specifications for projects

Conduct thorough reviews reviews of MEP plans and specifications

Assist in the procurement process by providing technical expertise in selecting equipment and ensuring compliance

Oversee MEP subcontractors throughout the construction phase

Implement QC measures

Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering or related field

0-5 years of MEP coordination experience

Knowledge in CAD or Revit

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

PE license is preferred
