JD:

9+ Yrs of experience in IT/ Micro focus Performance Center / ALM/ LoadRunner Enterprise
Managing, supporting and administrating Micro focus Performance Center / LoadRunner Enterprise / LoadRunner
Support LoadRunner Enterprise infrastructure and execution lab
Collaborate with teams and resolve technical issues
Support tool upgrades and updates
Suggest process harmonization and process improvement by using appropriate tools implementation
Provide support activities for the queries, issues for supported tools
Provide support activities for the access and installation of supported tools
Provide support activities for configuring and customizing existing tool infrastructure
Managing, configuring test machines and supporting request related to lab equipment
Provide improvement suggestions
Maintain existing tool infrastructure
Connect with the respective teams to resolve the technical issues raised
Maintain organization level communication on tool status
Report on status and progress of tool support activities and tool team
