Job Details:

Relevant Majors: Accounting, Business Administration, CRMMust have hands-on working experience with the Sales, Service or Marketing Modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Relevant Technical Skills:
  • 7 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using its Sales, Service, experience in ERP migration project or Marketing Modules.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a must.
  • Experienced with both On-Premise and On-Line versions.
  • Certifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is desired.
  • At a mimulus, either Sales and /or Service module experience is required.
  • Need to be proficient in configuration, identifying customizations plus report and dashboard creation.
  • Deep industry knowledge of a major industry such as manufacturing, distribution or utilities is also desired along with experience with the business processes of that industry.
  • Knowledge of additional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Modules.
  • Sales, Service, Marketing
  • Social Management, ISVs, Powerr BI is a plus
  • Experience in documenting business requirements and interpreting them into functional requirements.

Project Experience
  • Experience in multiple medium to large scale projects is required.
  • Additonal Experience or Skills Desired
  • Previous industry experience, or end user experience roles a positive.
  • Experience in medium to large Enterprise sized projects.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good customer skills.
  • Work with little or no supervision.
  • Can work to a defined time line for assigned tasks.
  • Team oriented.
  • Results oriented.
  • 50% - 70% travel is required.
