What You'll Bring:- Pursuing a degree or certificates in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields and graduating by June 2024
- Ability to document, maintain, and improve mobility processes
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong multi-tasking skills: ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to utilize End User Analytics and Monitoring Software
- Customer Service Experience with a positive attitude is vital.
Impact You'll Make:- Respond promptly to escalations for technical support via phone, email, and cases.
- Manage device inventory inclusive of inventory management, recycling of used devices and disposal preparation.
- Provide training to users on the proper usage and configuration of their mobile devices.
- Work with Helpdesk, Provisioning, Infrastructure Operations, Systems Engineering, Security, and other teams to identify and resolve escalations and optimize processes.
- Troubleshoot mobile devices inclusive of hardware, services, and internal applications.
- Provision and configure mobile devices for New Hires and existing users.
- Provision and dispatch devices for internal users that are having hardware issues.
