2nd Shift Billing Clerk

DescriptionBILLING CLERKHours: 3:00-11:30pmPosition Description:

Bill loads within 30 minutes of receiving.

Thoroughly check and proof export documents when received.

Notify drivers when loads are ready.

Update call list regularly.

Checkout drivers when a guard is not available.

Saturdays when the shipping shift works.

Cross train with Export Clerk.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Previous accounting and office experience preferred.

Excellent computer skills required.

Communication skills- written and verbal including phone etiquette.

Good work history including phone etiquette.

Good work history including attendance.
