Role: .Net Web Support consultant Need only Local to Chicago, ILWork authorisation—Citizen, L2EADDuration: Full Time with Yash Location: Chicago, IL We need a L2 Support consultant (FTE) to be part of our L2 team. To support the business by handling the tickets, coordinating with customer etc. Skills: .NET, Angular, Retail domain knowledge, Very good communication, proactiveness, Support process(ITSM) familiarity.Good to have: Azure, Logic Apps, InRiver, PIM, InSite, PunchOut. Role: Handling support tickets (acknowledging, updating, working on them), coordinating with end users, updating customer on progress.Be proactive to communicate the progress/status actively, call for/setup WAR rooms and drive them to closure.Coordinate with third party vendors and drive the conversations.Coordinate with offshore L2 Team, Legacy teams for upstream/down stream.Manage job runs, rerun the failed jobs.Debug the issues, make small/simple code/data fixes.Following SOPs for standard process.- ID: #49542514
