We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to join the Network Team. This person will need to identify, troubleshoot, and communicate technical issues and resolutions with the customer. This person should have a strong technical background, structured & organized approach, and be Customer Service oriented
. This is a full time opportunity requiring you to be on-site in Joliet, IL.Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in a Network support role is required
- CCNP would be desired
- Candidate should know Network Security including FTD, ACI, SD-WAN, and ASA
- Experience with implementing various routing protocols in an MPLS Network
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki or Fortinet firewalls would be beneficial
- Eager to learn and grow your skill set
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, is required
- Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
