Job Description
- This position is a dual role - floor nurse duties during the week and supervisor on the weekends.
We strive for our Registered Nurses (RN) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Supervisorsto provide the best customer service possible. In this role you will help supervise the on-site staff, problem solve issues that arise and ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications
Weekend Supervisor -Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
What we need from you:- Registered Nurses (RN)or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
- Previous nurse supervisory or leadership experience
- Prior experience in a short term rehab unit within a skilled nursing facility
- Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC)

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently providecomprehensive management services to 12 inpatient healthcare centers throughout the Chicagoland area.
