Overview:
Busy executive leading 3 companies needs office and administrative support. Your work tasks will be a mix of scheduling and task management directly for the executive, customer/sales tasks for existing customers and potential customers and office/warehouse tasks. We are a new and growing company so because of that each day is different and we are looking for someone that is super organized, flexible, a self starter, interested in learning and someone who is willing to do whatever tasks needed.
Job Functions:
Admin assistant
-Work with executive to review all of his tasks, schedule, follow ups and reminders
-Document those on his schedule and working list of to dos
-Send reminders to him as needed
-Follow up or perform any tasks as needed
-Throughout the day you will also receive detailed notes, tasks and reminders via txt, email or phone call that you will need to perform and maintain in an updated working task list and schedule
Sales and Marketing support for 2 start up companies
-Monitor company emails and respond to any customer or potential customer emails
-Work with our Sales manager to maintain a sales CRM system and send reminders to inside and outside sales representatives
-Using basic google documents, update key marketing and sales materials as needed
-Work with marketing manager to send out customer and potential customer communication either via outlook or Mailchimp (our email marketing tool)
Office/Warehouse support for 2 start up companies
-Work with warehouse manager to receive product parts and pack orders
-Respond to any customer service phone calls or emails
-Maintain basic office/warehouse tasks as needed (throw out garbage, organize parts and supplies as needed)
-Coordinate and oversee shipment of any customer orders.
-Perform final quality control of any customer orders to maintain high quality

Job Type: Part-time
-Pay: $16 - $20 per hour depending on experience
-Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

-Will work with you on a standard schedule
-Start time preferable 8am

Education:
High school, Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
