They will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of the Business Unit’s growth strategy and processes that drive financial and operational performance tied to the primary goals of grow revenue, grow margin, and grow people. They also will be responsible for overall support needs of the Business Unit Leadership, including prioritized special projects and written and verbal communications to advance business priorities.This individual will report into the Business Unit Leader and will work closely with stakeholders across the Business Unit leadership team and Digital Finance and Operations. They must have strong aptitude for building trust, communicating initiatives, driving results, and prioritizing competing priorities.What’s in it for you? Partner closely with the Oracle Capability Leader and Oracle Business Unit Leaders, and Delivery Leader to identify COE initiatives

Proactively identify innovative ideas and propose to the steering committee initiatives that contribute to growing revenue, growing margin, and growing people.

Manage to completion the Oracle COE initiatives (priority to be set by steering committee)

Develop/Advance and continuously maintain Oracle COE collateral / content including, but not limited to, delivery templates, Oracle specific methodology, Oracle environments, training, onboarding, industry and capability content as agreed to by the steering committee.- manage and track use of Oracle learning subscriptions

promote and track Oracle certifications- coordinate COE activities with offshore

Liaison to DWE to represent Oracle and coordinate initiatives

Provide ongoing internal communication on monthly newsletter or join monthly Oracle calls to highlight the work being done or if individuals can get involved in the work

Provide proactive and strategic support to the Business Unit Lead, including develop executive-level reporting and analysis, and prepare materials for executive level presentations including PowerPoints and talking points.

Special Projects

Special Projects: Manage partnerships within the Business Unit to advance priorities across a variety of initiatives that evolve over time, and assist in navigating barriers and challenges as needed

Qualifications

7+ Years of relevant work experience, prior experience as a consultant is a plus

Prior experience balancing multiple priorities in either internal or client-facing capacities

Demonstrated experience building trust and rapport with stakeholders and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders

Understanding of and exposure to processes, tools, and practices supporting practice operations, preferably within Management Consulting or Professional Services industries

Analytical skillset with experience interpreting data into meaningful insights and strategies

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics in a concise manner

Deals well with ambiguity

Exceptional organization skills and a keen eye for detail

Ability to work independently, extremely proactive

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience with Workday as part of the ecosystem is a plus
