Oracle cloud -Technical Lead

Oracle cloud HCM Technical Consultant -Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations using HCM extracts and BI Publisher and HCM Data Loader (HDL). -Ability to develop ad hoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI. -Hands on experience in developing Fast Formulas across HCM modules. -6+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions as technical developer or lead. -Maintenance and support experience in Oracle HCM cloud integrations and reporting with ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues. -Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company in supporting Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors. -Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
