Required : EDI , OTC, OM, Shipping, AR and Inv Modules. Description:Oracle Business Analyst consultant to help advance client's EDI capabilities.• Oracle ERP consultant who analyzes business, system, and process requirements to redesign or reinvent business processes.• Must understand Oracle functionality for the areas of the OTC domain, (customer, product, order creation, shipment, AR creation, payment) as the client has EDI documents for all of these areas.• Need experience in Oracle OM, Order Shipping, AR, TCA, Inventory modules of Oracle EBS• Design, test and create training on process / system functionality related to client’s future state EDI processes/gaps for multiple EDI documentsPreferred: Understands and has experience with manufacturing specific EDI processes and working with third party trading partners like SPS.• Determines, and communicates, impact to the business for system and process changes• Documents and communicates business requirements, definitions, and business procedures to other IT areas• Explains the relationships and dependencies between business applications, business areas, and technical environments, understands various platforms, and works with all business and IT areas to recommend best fit solutions, to prepare feasibility documents, and document cost/benefit analysis• Conducts business reviews related to IT processes and products, creates action plans, and coordinates implementing changes across all IT areas and the business• Ensures that applications and technical solutions meet business requirements• Documents and coordinates the design sign-off process• Works with other areas of IT, such as QA, change management and PMO in order to complete change requests.• Facilitates UAT – creating and documenting test cases Qualifications: • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite modules OM, Shipping, AR, TCA, Inventory• Experience in EDI documents in above modules• Has enough technical knowledge to guide developers, has experience supporting QA testing• Excellent customer facing communication skills and training experience• Experience with third party EDI partners like SPS Commerce a plus
