What You'll Do:Promote a positive working environment based on team dynamics, mutual respect, and adherence to the organization’s stated principles and valuesPick customer orders, of all types, accurately, and in a timely mannerDetermine if orders can ship via the manner indicated on the picking ticket and take the necessary actions to resolve incompatible shipping methodsProvide picked orders to the shipping team / will call support for outbound processingDemonstrate and apply analytic problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day inventory issues that impact order-picking processesParticipate in daily cleaning and upkeep of the facilityDisplays strong work ethic and honesty and adheres to all company policies and proceduresEngages in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail-orientedBe open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situationsAdditional job duties and responsibilities may be added at any time, as business needs may dictateJob Duties Disclaimer:
