Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), develops and implements strategy for change management, communications, and training. Evaluates and assesses impact of change to County systems, processes, and people. Develops and implements communication and training plans based on learning needs resulting from change. Leverages technological tools to enable digital transformation. Supports the Project Management Office's Program Manager and Director define clear project roadmaps and mitigation plans to optimize stakeholder engagement and adoption. Builds measurement mechanism to collect and share data metrics. Supervises junior staff. Performs other duties as assigned.This position is Actively Recruited and At Will. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICSKnowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenge. Skill in effective communication, both written and oral. Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels. Highly developed consultative, facilitation, project management and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and administrative skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate complex projects. Ability to translate complex technical subject matter into user-friendly communications. Ability to lead and develop junior staff and provide direct feedback.Minimum Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree is required.
- Seven (7) years of full-time work experience in organizational change management, or employee professional development/training is required.
- Experience supervising or managing staff is required.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Leadership and Change Management, or Organizational Development.
- Certification in Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification
- Experience with the Prosci ADKAR Model.
