Part Time Property Manager

Boutique real estate development and property management company in the Fulton Market Neighborhood, looking for a part-time property manager. We manage 115,000 SF of office and retail tenants in historic loft buildings. An ideal candidate will be able to do leasing tours, handle tenant turnovers, access, respond, route and track tenant repairs to our in-house maintenance team, get bids/proposals, and manage 3rd party contractors for larger projects (such as replacing roofs, HVAC systems, etc.). Candidate will also inspect the buildings weekly for cleanliness and order, as well as inspect completed maintenance repairs or projects.

Spanish is a plus.

Bookkeeping is a plus.

Generous mileage and gas allowance if vehicle is used for company purposes. Compensation dependent on experience and qualifications.
