As DoorDash expands both in scale and breadth of integrated delivery offerings, our technical aptitude must grow with it. As such, our Partner Integrations Team helps to manage, optimize, and uplevel integrations with our top merchant partners while developing technical for future growth. Externally, you'll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Marketplace Integrations at DoorDash. Internally, you'll strategize with our cross-functional teams to build & operate world class integrations. About the Role As an Integrations Manager, you'll discover and drive operational improvements across our Core Marketplace integrations providers. This will include prioritizing product roadmaps, technical project management, go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management. You'll be responsible for key operational metrics and process improvement from to execution, while relentlessly focusing on efficiency and execution for some of our most challenging business problems.

This Integrations Manager specifically will be tasked with diving deep into integration requirements for new restaurant business models such as Loyalty, Virtual Brands, Self Delivery, and more.

You will report into the Core Marketplace Integrations function within our Partner Integrations team, which is a subset of DoorDash's Merchant & organization. You're excited about this opportunity because you will
  • Own the success of integrations that enable our new restaurant business models by driving individual integration builds & enhancements, as well as larger strategic initiatives to grow your vertical.
  • Partner with product and engineering to discover & execute on opportunities for operational improvement identified via data analysis and merchant insights
  • Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our point-of-sale providers, leading implementation and process improvement.
  • Define and document the integration growth for DoorDash and the larger Merchant landscape looking to expand into new restaurant business models, partnering closely with our Merchant teams to align technical + strategic roadmaps

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading technology integrations with strategic partners
  • Comfortable translating technical concepts into business solutions, with a strong technical aptitude towards integrations, Point of Sale, APIs and Webhooks
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in process improvement and/or product
  • Experience in project and/or program management
  • Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
  • Bachelor's degree required
