Description We are providing an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator role in the heart of Rockford, Tennessee. This role involves overseeing the payroll for a large workforce, acting as a liaison for benefits, and handling related administrative tasks within the finance industry. Responsibilities: Manage the payroll process for a substantial number of employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Verify time and attendance records, as well as managerial approvals, to maintain an accurate payroll record. Conduct regular audits of payroll before transmitting to the relevant software to ensure data integrity. Prepare and manage the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational efficiency. Handle the preparation of 401K contribution reports for the investment company to ensure compliance. Manage and resolve issues related to W2's and Form 1095-C to ensure accurate tax reporting. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analytics reporting and to maintain organized records. Oversee benefits administration including open enrollment and employee relations for updates and changes to benefits. Administer 401k - RRSP Administration, Accounting Functions, Benefit Functions, Benefits Payroll, Process Bi-weekly Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Matching 401. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Demonstrated experience in 401k and RRSP Administration is essential. Proficiency in accounting functions is necessary. Experience in benefit functions and benefits payroll is required. Capability to process bi-weekly payroll is essential. Experience in benefits administration is required. Knowledge of compensation and benefits is necessary. Experience with open enrollment procedures is required. Familiarity with Department SOP's is necessary. Knowledge of W2 and Form 1095-C is required. Applicant must hold a University Degree in a relevant field. Experience with Paycom is preferred. Demonstrated experience in matching 401k plans is essential.
