PCO/Jr. PM

Position Description Liaises with stakeholders to understand project problems and opportunities in commercial banking environment. Builds exceptional relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders. Works with project team to deliver on schedule with quality. Actively documents and follows up with project members and stakeholders on action items and issues.

Your future duties and responsibilities• Document detailed meeting minutes in an auditable format• Facilitate communications by sending out meeting minutes, agendas and updating various log files• Regularly connect with project PMs providing status and action item follow-up• Provide updates to Executive stakeholders• Support the financial reporting processes• Update RAID log• Ownership responsibility of the RAID log• Actively follow-up with PMs and others for status' on various raid log entries• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings• Assist with developing and collecting status materials

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with leaders• Must have experience with financial reporting processes• Understands complete Software Development Life Cycle• Demonstrates writing and documentation skills. Understands and can explain to others the core processes involved in their area of support.• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.• Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.• Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth.• Influence skills - In-depth

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required• Commercial banking experience• Client onboarding, AML, KYC, client account opening, and client service• M&A integration experience is a huge plus
