Job Title: Plumber TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Plumber Technicians to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing and maintaining appliances such as hot water heaters, pumps, sump, and sewage pumps. You will test for gas leaks in existing or new installations, interpret mechanical drawings for layout planning, and provide emergency repairs on various plumbing components. Responsibilities also include performing minor steam line repairs, natural gas pipe rerouting, storm and sewage line maintenance, and executing preventative maintenance tasks. You will also be tasked with requisitioning materials and supplies, laying out, installing, repairing, or maintaining pipelines for water, gas, or compressed air.Hard Skills
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
Experience in brazing and soldering
Plumbing repairs and upgrades
Installation and maintenance of water heaters
Pipeline maintenance for water, gas, or compressed air
Work EnvironmentThe role involves travel/service work primarily in residential areas with some commercial projects depending on customer needs. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, including 1 hour total of lunch and breaks.
