Job Qualifications / Requirements: Required Skills:

Basic understanding and/or experience with the administration/operations of Business Intelligence (BI) applications with server-based components, e.g. Power BI Gateway, Tableau, Cognos
Experience installing and configuring application software on a server
Experience using monitoring software to identify application performance or other hardware/software related issues
Experience with management, maintenance and troubleshooting in Windows server environments
Troubleshooting in a Windows environment
Basic understanding of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Experience working with users to resolve issues
Knowledge of trouble-shooting issues with Power BI client tools
Understanding of basic server specifications and network interactions
Provided 24X7 on-call support and emergency support and administration for critical applications
Basic understanding of IT change and incident management
Willingness to learn
