- We would like to hire a Business Analyst consultant to help develop and solidify operational processes for post-launch. They would be working with our Business Operations department (Project Management Office (PMO) team) on Exams projects. They would have the following responsibilities:
- Review of operational processes
- Document processes
- Organize existing processes and update them
- Requirements: not a software business analyst, a process business analyst.
- Software programs the individual be familiar with: MS Office
- This person really needs process BA experience, someone who can meet with various department staff and go over existing operational processes person to really be able to review processes and document them and organize and update accordingly.
- Non-profit experience would be great as well
- LicenseSure experience
- The role is going to be reporting to the PMO team. They have a PMO team with 3 Project Managers in that department, and lead by director of business operations. They will be working closely with the PMO and reporting to the director of business operations.
- This PMO group works closely with other departments with projects they work on.
- While they will be reporting with the director they will be working with the director of the exam team as well.
- This person will be receiving demos of item development software and using the information from those meeting and demos to organize and update existing processes.
- Open to different backgrounds. If they have a background more operational that would be preferred.
