Product Owner

7+ years’ experience with at least 3+ years’ experience as a ProductOwner in sales and/or Gainsight or similar Customer Success,cloud-based applications Experience with developing a strategic roadmap of the Gainsightapplication, factoring key corporate growth objectives whichdrive the calls of action to support adoption and renewals Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability toeffectively communicate and lead steering committee meetingswith higher management Ability to manage and influence stakeholders Agile methodologies experience Strong functional knowledge of the Gainsight platform, functionalknowledge of Salesforce CRM would be a plus Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactivelymeeting deadlines Leadership and mentoring capabilities Self-starter that can work collaboratively across multiple disciplinesand organizations Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task and manage competingpriorities
