As a Production Manager within PNC's Agency Finance organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL.

Job Description

  • Supervises production staff and management assistance for the origination of loans. Reviews and approves the work of production staff.
  • Manages a team of production management representatives to ensure that their review/structuring of deals presented by originators is done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assigns work among production management representatives to balance work flow by volume, complexity, timing and originator.
  • Trains and develops production management representatives. Trains and interacts with originators to make certain that they are aware of developments in the Federal National Mortgage Association and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation multifamily origination products.
  • Reports production and developments in the portfolio. Interacts regularly with representatives of Federal National Mortgage Association and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation as deals are presented for review and approval. Works with internal underwriting team to facilitate transition of loans to that group for underwriting and approval of deals.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
