Production Worker

International Paper is currently seeking skilled machine operators with industrial manufacturing experience.

Candidates must have the flexibility to work 4 hrs overtime before or after their normal shift. Weekend shifts are also required depending on business needs.

Shift start: 3:00PM or 11:00PM Shift length: 8 - 12 hours Monday - Friday, some required Saturdays or Sundays. Later in 2022 we anticipate moving to a new schedule. New employees will be on one of our night shift teams. Shifts will be 12 hours from 6pm - 6am with no more than three days worked in a row.

$500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, $500 bonus after 6 months, $500 bonus after 1 year, and at the two year anniversary a bonus calculated at $.20 for every hour worked in the previous 12 months.
