- Providing project governance, leading teams, and preparing communications.
- 4-year university degree (engineering, data science, business, or similar).
- Process mapping is critical.
- Experience with Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methods and thought processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools and visualizing data with PowerBI.
- 3-5 years’ experience leading project teams
- Experience with project and program management (either as a project leader or dedicated project manager)

- A self-starter, capable of directing their own learning and identifying improvement opportunities in the processes with which they interact.
- Skilled at organizing information, compiling multiple inputs to generate a common understanding, and able to represent their knowledge through words, charts, and diagrams to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experienced in leading teams of subject matter experts to share perspectives, collaborate on solutions, evaluate new information, and make decisions. o Able to rapidly switch between leading and doing to drive project success.
- Flexible, and interested in leading and supporting projects on a wide breadth of topics.
- Experience preparing executive-level communications.
