Position’s Contributions to Work Group- Day to day management of 6-8 Cat Digital Support projects - Overall client relationship management - Project management related to onboarding new projects into the Cat Digital Support team - Ongoing project management of steady state support projects - Analyze support data and identify trends - Develop and conduct monthly business reviews with business partners and stakeholders - Identify new scope opportunities and scope/quote as needed - Manage budget for each support project (quarterly reviews, yearly quote refresh/development) - Coordinate support complaints and associated communication - Participate in quarterly PI Planning for Cat Digital Support Typical DayTeam is currently working in the office on Tuesdays with the rest of the week being remote. Project management and client relationship building for support projects. Each day brings new challenges in the support space. The overall goal is to work closely with our business partners to keep support efforts running smoothly. Managing risk, new scope, monthly refreshes, customer/dealer complaints, case outliers, etc to ensure a high performing team. Candidates should be local to Peoria, assignment will be remote (hybrid) starting day 1 Education Requirements:Bachelors degree plus 2-4 years of experience or equivalent job experience in project management (4-7 years exp total) Technical SkillsRequired: - Fluent in Project Management methodologies (waterfall and AGILE(preferred)) - MS PPT skills are important Desired: - Previous experience in the support industry is preferred but not required Soft Skills- Must be able to prioritize work on multiple key initiatives - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to problem solve and recommend the best solution - Must have exceptional leadership and networking skills - Must be proactive - Must have a high tolerance for stress and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment - Must have excellent communication skills - Must be goal oriented and possess the ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently, with little direction and supervision Duration12 months
