Project Manager

Fast growing construction/remodeling company (GC) looking to hire a full time project manager.

I'm an investor as well as a licensed & bonded Generator Contractor. I need a full time project manager to supervise and manage our multiple job sites.

The applicant needs to have vast experience in the construction trade as well as leadership and management qualities.

Duties include but not limited to :

- ensure that the work being done on various job sites is up to code

- ensure that deadlines are met

- draft material lists and ensure each job sites has the materials needed

- manage a crew of 20+ workers

- attend inspections

QUALITIES/REQUIREMENTS :

- have reliable transportation

- to be reliable and trustworthy

- have problem solving skills

- have tremendous organization skills

- have leadership qualities

This position is full time from Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

The compensation is 10/99 (self employed) and is hourly. $30/hour - $35/hour depending on your skills and experience.
