Project names are: ADF, data stage and web focus and tableau. Any PM thats worked in the Bi space with data and reporting tools and implementations. Years of experience: Lean more towards the senior level because the project owner has high standards and wants someone who will drive the projects. Not someone who needs hand holding. Position Overview: Our Enterprise Project Management Office is currently looking for a Project Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for the successful execution of concurrent small to mid-sized projects. This involves all facets of project leadership and delivery, including: planning, delivery (process, risk and change management), relationship management, team leadership, and governance compliance. Partner with business sponsors/key stakeholders to confirm project success criteria, leverage resources, manage change and mitigate/manage project risk throughout project life cycle. This PM will be a part of Trustmarks “Transcend Program” Trustmark has a new large technical program initiative with multiple sub-projects that span across Infrastructure, Applications, EDI (Electronic Data Interface), File Shares, and Data Export. Each initiative has been scoped at a high-level with key dependencies and constraints identified. Trustmark is engaging Supplier to provide a Project Manager who will be responsible for the holistic planning, execution and management of all or a designated portion of the initiative. This project is a high priority for Trustmark, under the sponsorship of the CEO and with executive-level visibility. The successful candidate will bring a combination of skills and experience, striking a balance between strategic vs. tactical, and adapting to the needs of the project over the duration of the effort. Specific/Specialized Skills Required:- Experience with managing complex projects, with inter-program dependencies and constraints
- Strong planning, scheduling and communications skills. Ability to summarize technical topics in business
- language to prepare and present to an executive audience.
- Leads and facilitates meetings (Core Team, Technical)
- Strong Risk and Issue management skills
- Experience with SOWs and managing third-party vendors
- Solid skills using MS Project / SharePoint / MS Teams
- Experience in synthesizing schedule, risks, and issues from multiple dependent projects into a higherlevel

Services:- Develop and publish project charter documents
- Develop and publish work-breakdown structures
- Facilitate project kickoffs, prepare required PowerPoint slides
- Create detailed project plans using MS Project or Excel
- Estimate work effort, duration, and project delivery for projects
- Define and document project milestones and deliverables
- Create and publish project change management plans
- Track and log key project decisions
- Document and manage project risks and issues
- Track project spending and manage project budgets
- Work with resource managers to staff projects (internal & external resources)
- Facilitate and lead key project meetings (Core, Steering Committee, adhoc)
- Publish weekly project status reports
- Monitor risks and issues and escalate as required
- Adhere to PMO Governance Model (Gate reviews, architecture reviews)
- Prepare presentations for Sr. Leadership using Microsoft office tools
- Ensure project resources are entering time / approve timesheets in MS Project
