Project Welder

Description:Weld MIG, TIG, FCAW, layout fit, and assemble machinery from specified prints to meet tolerances and quality standards.Working with carbon steel and stainless steel.Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.Produce quality work, meeting requirements of plans, specifications and industry standards.Operate CNC and manual machines as needed.Job Requirements4 years of welding using TIG, Stick, and MIGRead blueprints and interpret geometric toleranceExperience from a low volume, job shop environmentSkills:Blueprint, MIG Welding, TIG Welding, MIG, TIG, Work Order, FCAW, Plasma Welder, Plasma Welding Machine, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, 6G, 6G Welding, Welding, Weld, Fabrication, GrinderPlease apply and call Kelsey at 847 273 7621 with any questions!If you are interested in other skilled trades positions, please apply and submit your resume.
