Our firm specializes in services for residential community association clients in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. Property Accountant

1-3 years accounting or related experience, preferred candidate has Associates Degree in accounting but not

required

Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Property Accountant Job Responsibilities

Preparing Monthly Financial Statements

Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Statement Reconciliation.

Some local travel may be required

Hours vary depending on season
