Location: Chicago, On-Site

Compensation: $70K–$95K +Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across mixed-use assets

Conduct regular property inspections for safety and compliance

Manage vendors, service contracts, and on-site teams

Act as the primary tenant contact, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution

Lead lease negotiations and maintain strong occupancy

Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management

Collaborate with accounting to improve revenue and identify cost-saving opportunities

Mentor and support property management staff

Experience:

5+ years of experience managing mixed-use (retail + residential) properties

Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple properties

Strong understanding of property management laws and best practices

Solid background in budgeting, reporting, and financial performance

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Real Estate License or CPM designation a plus
