Property Preservation Contractors Needed

We are a property preservation company that is in immediate need of independent subcontractors to service properties across the following counties.

Cook, Will, Kendall, Dupage, Lake, and McHenry

We preserve residential properties for lenders before, during, and after foreclosure. Each job varies depending on the overall condition of the property. If you have construction experience (especially with foreclosures or REOs) and possess all the equipment listed below, please respond to this email with your contact info and a brief history. Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Below is a partial list of jobs that our contractors are called upon to handle:

-Lock/padlock changes

-Board-ups

-Minor Roof Repairs

-Winterizations

-Mold remediation

-Lawn Maintenance

-Debris removal

-Tree removal

-Gutter cleaning

-Gutter repair

-Various other maintenance work.

Requirements for our contractors are as follows:

Clean background

Dependable mode of transportation for yourself and equipment (Pickup truck or work van only)

Valid driver's license

Standard tools, ladder, generator & and compressor for winterizations

Smartphone (iPhone or Droid), and GPS

Must have excellent communication skills and be detailed in documenting each job
