QA Automation lead

. Perform complex architectural analysis and developing Automation test cases leveraging Selenium and Cucumber framework3. Provide Technical Leadership to the team4. Will play a key role to facilitate quality and efficient product development via test automation.5. Provide technical coordination to the QA automation in addition to creating and maintaining existing framework on Selenium 2 with web driver6. Responsible for ensuring that defined architectural and development standards are followed by all members of the automation team7. Proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation for projects of simple to highly complex.8. Practices automation development efficiency, maintainability and reusability9. Assist in managing and improving the coding standards10. Provides accurate implementation estimates and deliver on them11. Comprehends and contributes to high level requirements and design12. Mentor/Tran other automation staff Technical Skills:1. 6+ years of experience with the open source technology, specifically Selenium with WebDriver and Cucumber test automation framework and be responsible development of the Framework and Automation test cases2. 1-2 years of experience with Programming Language like .NET/Java in Automation Framework3. Proficient with SQL Queries and testing methodologies preferably iterative approach4. Prior functional testing experience in Front end, back end to come up with effective test cases when necessary and provide help with functional testing activities.5. Proficient with Source Code Management (SCM): Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab6. UC4 or any other batch job scheduler tool7. Familiar with Jenkins for CICD and Maven Nice to Have8. Trading industry experience will be a plus
