We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.  This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program. Position Summary:The Quality Assurance Supervisor provides directions to all Quality Assurance employees in the Manufacturing facility.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Direct Quality Assurance (QA) employees in a Manufacturing facility

Maintain corporate and franchise partner standards as well as Environmental Health & Safety standards

Establish operational procedures in collaboration with Quality Assurance Manager

Ensure that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order

Ensure that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company and presiding collective bargaining agreements

Focus on removing costs, continuous improvement, removing inefficiencies, and complexity for the Manufacturing facility

Ensure that all company, franchise owners, and federal and provincial policies, standards and guidelines are maintained

Other projects or duties as assigned

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:

Associate’s degree in an engineering or science discipline with 4 plus years of related experience and 0-1 plus years of people leadership experience or HS Diploma/GED with 6 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of people leadership experience

Strong organization and planning skills

Strong decision making skills

Experience working in an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem solving skills

Knowledge of water treatment systems

This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree

Labor relations experience

People leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment
