Experience with Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Mechanically inclined and hands-on approach.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, or walk up to 12 hours per day.

Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, or bending.

Compliance with all safety standards and PPE requirements.

Review schedules and assign duties.

Maintain strong production floor presence.

Identify and address product defects.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams.

Oversee inbound and outbound quality inspections.

Implement and monitor quality training and processes.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Conduct quality checks and improvements.

Investigate and resolve quality issues.

Develop Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) for products.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
