Job Type: 12 Months Contract

Job description:Overall 5+ years of experience in Web-Based applications design and developmentDemonstrated 4+ years professional experience with JavaScript/ Typescript, HTML5 and CSS3 in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) Demonstrated 2+ years professional experience developing software using one of client-side framework like ReactJS or another client-side framework.Demonstrated 2+ years professional experience working with GraphQL or REST APIs. Experience using best practices like Object-Oriented Programing concepts and design patterns.Experience with functional programming concepts.Experience with code management tools and techniques using git and experience using one of GitHub or Bitbucket, GitLab, or other similar software & services.Experience using agile methodologies to deliver software projects.A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Experience with any of the following is a nice-to-have: Microsoft Azure (or other cloud platform), TeamCity (or other CI/CD system). Familiarity with web accessibility concepts a plus Excellent time management and organizational skillsStrong team player, self-motivated and detailed-oriented individual Strong problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to work independently and perform multiple concurrent and diversified tasks effectivelyKnowledge on Agile Framework (SCRUM/DSDM), continuous integration and automated unit testing will be the added advantageKnowledge of Cross-Platform Tools for Mobile App Development like React Native, Ionic Platform V5 (with Capacitor and React JS) or others is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

Specific Duties: Able to develop code, perform unit testing, bug/ defect fixing under the supervision of senior team member(s)Follow coding standards and use existing procedures to solve standard problemsDemonstrate strong analytical skill and perform basic diagnostic work under guidance of senior team member(s)Should be flexible to support any assigned task, whenever requiredShould be willing to learn new technology/ domain conceptsTeamwork and Leadership:

Assist in functional testing across the teams to achieve team goalProvide guidance on functional/ technical solution to team membersGive technical feedback to team members as and when requiredAs required, involve in creating constructive performance improvement plan for team membersBe responsible and accountable for getting team members groomed in all areas within a teamDrive meetings, presentations and demos in effective manner to bring them up to a conclusionAssist in recruiting/ on-boarding of new hiresLead and Monitor Development Support for bug fixing and testing during major organizational activities Should be flexible and available for testing, verifying and fixing of bugs for respective product applications Check if all applications are working as expected in case of any maintenance of Data Center activities scheduled during
