Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Presentations:
- Gathering, analyzing, and reporting of data
- Creation of Decks and Slides for Internal and External Use
- Training Materials:
- Desktop Procedures Creation and Updates
- QA expected production standards
- Internal Recruiting Support:
- Work directly with the team to open, post, screen and onboard new recruiting team resources
- Assist in creating solutions and opportunities to develop a world-class recruiting team:
- Actively raise concerns, look for opportunities to improve and be a vocal and contributing member to the overall team
- Required skills:-
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or Recruiting
- Effective communicator both verbal and written
- Advance skills in Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment professionally
- Ability to creatively solve problems through analysis
- Desired skills:-
- High volume recruiting or HR experience
