Job Title: Recruiter/HR GeneralistJob DescriptionJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist/Recruiter to manage recruitment processes and provide strategic HR support within a dynamic organization. This role will involve partnering with leadership to align workforce planning and employee engagement with business goals, while also driving diversity and inclusion.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage job posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Develop search strategies to attract diverse candidates and build relationships with community organizations and agencies to expand candidate networks.

Coordinate interviews, assess candidates using behavioral and situational techniques, and prepare job offers.

Advise leadership on market trends and provide insights on competitive compensation strategies.

HR Strategy & Workforce Planning

Partner with managers to identify future talent needs, provide feedback, and mentor leaders on HR best practices.

Align workforce planning with business objectives, analyze data trends, and recommend actions to improve performance.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure effective communication across departments.

Employee Life Cycle Management

Oversee onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, merit increases, and the separation process, including exit interviews.

Ensure smooth execution of recruitment programs, budget management, and retention strategies.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and global HR initiatives.

Conduct investigations into policy violations and provide resolutions.

Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Employee Engagement & Development

Support diversity and inclusion efforts throughout recruitment and HR processes.

Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Organize and participate in educational programs on global HR initiatives.
